Course purpose
This required three-hour course prepares drivers to provide safe and respectful service to passengers who use wheelchairs.

Completion requirement
Applicants must complete the entire course and every step of the hands-on passenger securement process, without exemptions.
Languages and registration
Classes are available in English, Spanish, and French. A TLC application number is required before registration.
