TERMS & CONDITIONS

Millennium Driver’s Academy, herein referred to as Millennium, reserves the right to limit class sizes and to postpone or cancel any school activity, or classes without prior notice.

Completion of the program is contingent upon full payment to Millennium Driver’s Academy. Students are required to fulfill all financial obligations to Millennium before program completion.

CLASS REGISTRATION POLICY:

1. All classes require full payment in advance to secure a seat.
2. Reserving a seat without payment does not guarantee a place in the class.
3. Only students with full or partial payments are guaranteed a seat in their registered classes.

REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations:

• Requests made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled class will receive a 100% refund.
• Requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class will receive a 75% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for missing classes or cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled class.
• Convenience fees for credit or debit card payments are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY (FEES APPLY):

24-Hour Class Make-Up Policy:

• To qualify for TLC 24-Hour Course certification, you must attend all 3 scheduled days and hours of the course.
• If you miss a class, you must attend a make-up session based on school availability. We cannot guarantee when a make-up session will be available due to limited seating.

Fees:

• A $25 for the first missed class. 
• A 95 charge applies for the second missed class.
• Missing more than one (2) days of classes results in forfeiture of the full $250 payment for the 24-hour course (no refunds).
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled class, you will be considered absent, and the above terms will apply.

RENEWAL & Wheelchair (WAV) Class Make-Up Policy:

Make-Up Policy:

• If you miss a class, you must reschedule for a different date, subject to availability provided by the school.
• Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.

Fees:

• A $45 fee applies for missing classes or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled class, you will be considered absent, and the above terms will apply.

However, please note that opting out may prevent you from receiving important order-related updates.
4. Communication Frequency: You understand that the frequency of text messages and emails may vary depending on your order activity and preferences. We strive to respect your communication preferences and will not excessively send messages without your consent.
